PAST LIFE REGRESSION WORKSHOP In this one day intensive workshop Laura leads you to not one but several of your past lives using proven guided imagery that allows the participant to transcend time and space. Comfortable clothing, a mat or blanket, and a pillow are recommended for this workshop. $75.00 MASK MAKING WORKSHOP Participants work in pairs to create plaster of Paris masks cast from their own faces. Completely working in silence, you are encouraged to hear the language of your self and the gentle understandings that flow between two living beings. This is a great workshop for couples in all stage of their relationships! The first day is devoted to "entering the silence" and expanding the perceptual awareness of yourself while the second day is spent "putting on your face." All materials supplied by the facilitator. $125.00 RITUALS FOR HEALING Almost every form of life incorporates ritual in some way. It is ritual that brings us conscious awareness of life’s form and recognition of the sacred. Rituals bring us well-being and balance. Rituals mark important events in our lives or changes such as marriage, birth and death, the changing of the seasons, or the healing of trauma. Rituals can also bring positive influences to us as when we are seeking the perfect job or planning a journey. Drawing on Native American, shamanic, and Huna traditions, the first day of this workshop is devoted to learning how rituals are created, studying several models of ancient rituals, and creating a personal ritual. The second day is spent in celebrating each ritual as a group. $125.00
DRUM MAKING WORKSHOP A two day workshop in which the participant creates a beautiful Native American style drum. The drum is the heartbeat of the Earth Mother in Native American rituals and can take you on amazing journeys to discover the truths within yourself. You will learn a traditional song or two and play in a drumming circle. You will be taught how to “awaken” your drum. All materials for building and decorating your drum are included. $200.00
NATIVE AMERICAN CRAFT SERIES Afternoon, evening, and weekend programs to introduce you to the art of making Native American crafts. Various forms of beading, spinning dream catchers, leather crafting, and a variety of other skills are taught by guest instructors. $25.00 plus materials fees.
IN THE TRADITION Two hour program geared for children ages 4-12 years. Encounter the stories and customs of the early North Americans and their descendants through storytelling and easy to follow projects and games. A Native American recipe will also be explored. The kids will have a great time doing it! Free. (Parents welcome to stay!)
AWAKENING THE SPIRIT This 10 week course will introduce you to the concepts that are fundamental to reawakening your intuitive (psychic) spiritual being. You will be guided through terminology and practical exercises to strengthen your innate skill. You will participate in a weekly one hour “message circle” to promote your awakening. Natural Law, energy, color, manifesting, psychic soothing, psychic protection, good and evil, intention, ethics, and other topics will be discussed. You will learn how to use pendulums, read objects and pictures, and give psychic messages—but that’s not all…..! This course does NOT promote any one religion and no religious beliefs are necessary to learn intuitive skills. This course DOES promote and support your spiritual journey—whatever that may be. ACCEPTING THE CHALLENGE Picks up where Awakening the Spirit left off. Over the next 10 weeks you will practice seeing and reading auras, perform psychic/healing surgery, discuss life after death, the “God” concept, reincarnation, past life experiences…..and so much more! Practice in the “message circle” continues. (Prerequisite: Awakening the Spirit) $200.00/ 10 weeks.
FOLLOWING THE CIRCLE Continued in-depth discussion of spiritual philosophies from around the world with an emphasis on guided self-learning. Students will begin teaching aspects of intuitive development to gain practice for their own classes. House cleansings, crossing ceremonies, and other rituals will be explored….but that’s not all. This class will now start focusing on student guided activities. Of course, the “message circle” will continue to be an integral part of this program, but now students will be conducting the circle. (Prerequisite: Accepting the Challenge) $200/10 weeks.
GRIEF RECOVERY WORKSHOP Most of us do not know how to work through the pain caused by loss, and there is nothing more frustrating than working hard to recover from loss without experiencing any real changes in our lives. Laura draws on a vast wealth of knowledge (including the loss of her beloved partner Dove Tree) to help you move through your grief and change the way you deal with loss in your world. In ten weekly classes you will learn a model of recovery that will work for you the rest of your life. Emotional safety, trust, and confidentiality are fundamental to your success in this course. You will be working with other participants as “New Path Partners” throughout this program. $300.00.
REIKI LEVEL I, LEVEL II, MASTER LEVEL Each level is taught over a two day intensive weekend. Classes must be taken in order as they build on each other. You may, however, “skip” a level if you have taken Reiki from another Master Teacher and have achieved certification at that level. KARUNA REIKI ®MASTER A Sanskrit word meaning compassionate action, Karuna Reiki® brings in healing energies that are noticeably stronger and able to more quickly heal a wider range of difficulties. When taking the Karuna Reiki ® master training, one becomes both a practitioner, able to use the energies for healing, as well as a master, able to teach others. Karuna Reiki ® has 2 levels and 8 symbols. Each of the 8 symbols brings with it a different frequency and a different way of helping the healing process. Leaning Karuna Reiki ® can be a very moving experience and many who have been Reiki masters for years begin channeling healing results that are more powerful than previously experienced. ADVANCED REIKI MASTER A system of Reiki in which the forms of Tera-Mai ™, Seichim Reiki, and Tibetan Reiki and their symbols are explored. These forms of Reiki open the pathway to transformation and empowerment for the spiritual seeker. Numerous symbols and techniques are provided. This is an extremely intensive course. JAPANESE REIKI Based on the original Reiki handbook of Dr. Mikao Usui, this is a techniques workshop in which current Reiki Masters can learn and practice Japanese Reiki techniques This 2 day peer led, video based program “dispels all the myths and misinformation about the history of the Usui system of Reiki and establishes the practice on a solid historical foundation.”

REIKI MASTER SPINAL THERAPY A hands on treatment to release toxins and relieve the vertebrae muscles of distress so that the body may return to a healthful state. To learn more about the benefits of this treatment, please contact Laura. $450.00/10 sessions.
To learn how to perform Reiki Master Spinal Therapy, you must be a Karuna ® Reiki Master. This treatment can be taught to an individual in several hours or to a group in one day. $100.00.
REIKI THERAPY Hands on treatment to release dis-ease and promote deep relaxation which allows your mind and body to return to the natural state of perfection. Acute, or short-term issues release quickly. Chronic, or longer-term issues respond best to consistent, prolonged Reiki. Reiki works for your highest good and does no harm. 1/2 hour session $30. REMOTE REIKI No time in your busy schedule? Remote Reiki can profoundly impact your life without taking time away from what you're doing. Laura prefers to work with a picture of you from the time period you believe you first starting experiencing dis-ease...this level of Reiki requires a bit of trust on your part....and it's well worth it! Laura will administer Reiki to your picture every day for 30 days....you will notice changes in your energy levels, emotions, and relationships. $60/30 days.

THE ARTIST’S PALETTE An informal group for artists to get out of the studio and stimulate their creative energies. A brief, guided imagery experience will get you relaxed so that you have an opportunity to hear the song of your Muse. Bring along whatever materials you feel you will need for evening….sketchbook, an art article that intrigues you, a work that needs some help/critique…..The topics will be determined by who is there and what is needed.
